Customer Service Engineer Irving, Dallas, Austin, and Houston, Texas As a Customer Service Engineer, you will work with a high level of customers, taking tickets from a sales force that supports three products: office/business, home/security and defense. You’ll be tasked with the responsibility of resolving challenging, potentially high-impacting customer situations with a good level of tact and understanding. Essentially, you’ll drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and resolving technical issues for customers’ onsite, online and via telephone. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or the equivalent in experience, and possess a minimum of 4 years in a technical field. Your background may include any of the following: Desktop Environment, Endpoint Management/Systems Administration; Mail environment “Exchange,” and Anti-virus Security Solutions, VM ware, Network side-Web traffic/firewalls, Operating Systems side, HTTP Web traffic, and others. An ability to solve complex problems, high self-motivation, an extroverted personality, excellent time management skills, impressive group presentation capabilities and an extreme attention to detail will champion continuous success in this role.
