The people we foreclosed on did some damage the property, plus they started working on the property and did not complete what they started. The outside chimney where there was a fireplace was taken down and needs to be filled in with block/brick on the outside. Option Two: Sell price $127,000. Rent to Own: $4,000 down payment, Proof of income and references that shows that you pay your bills when they become due. The monthly payments are $1,000 month. $700 of the monthly payment will go toward the down payment. After $30,000 down payment has been paid, the property can be legally been put in the buyer's name.
