About You:

Chef Manager

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or
• Six months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 years, minimum, in the foodservice industry including:
- 3 years, minimum, of Chef experience in high-volume banquets/catering - 3 years of staff management experience
• Possession of valid Food Handlers Card and ServSafe Certificate

Executive Chef

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or
• Six months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years total of kitchen experience in high-volume banquets/catering with 4–6 years’ experience as an Executive Chef
• Possession of valid Food Handlers Card and ServSafe Certificate

Sous Chef
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or
• Six months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years, minimum, of Chef experience in high-volume banquets/catering with:
- 3 years of staff management experience
- 2 years as Sous Chef
• Possession of valid Food Handlers Card and ServSafe Certificate

Lead Cook
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in utilizing standard recipes to prepare food for dining center service and catered functions
• Proven ability to meet service schedules in accordance with health, safety, and sanitary procedures - HACCP standards
• Experience in reviewing menus and production sheets to determine types and quantities of food to be produced
• Possession of valid Food Handlers Card and ServSafe Certificate
• Supervisory experience (preferred)


Cashier
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience performing cashiering duties including cash transactions, verifying banks, accurately giving change, counting cash receipts and filling out cash reports
• Possession of valid Food Handlers Card

Cold Food Prep Cook
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with cold food preparations and a variety of duties relating to cafeteria-styles service, including greeting and serving the customers
• Experience stocking counters and steam tables and maintaining sanitation standards and records
• Possession of valid Food Handlers Card
Dishwasher
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience maintaining the foodservice department work areas, storage areas, utensils, equipment and vehicles in clean, sanitized and orderly condition
