Chef Manager 3–5 years of culinary management experience High-volume production and catering experience Previous experience managing cost controls Culinary degree (preferred)
General Manager 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience High-volume production and catering experience Previous experience managing a budget BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary (preferred)
Executive Chef 10 years of progressive Executive Chef Experience, with at least 5 as a multi-unit support chef Demonstrated financial, budgetary, and food control experience Serv-Safe Certification Culinary Arts Degree from a recognized culinary school
Food Service Director 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience High volume production and catering experience Previous experience managing a budget BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary (preferred)
