Food Service Director
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
5-7 years’ upscale food service experience, including 4 years at the management level

Catering Director
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 5-8 years of hospitality industry experience, including 3 years of work in a management capacity

General Manager
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
10-12 years’ upscale food service experience, including 8 years at the management level

Executive Chef
Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
10-13 years’ progressive culinary management experience

Sous Chef
Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in upscale food service operations including 2 years at the management level

Café Manager
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
2 years’ upscale food service experience, including 1 year at the supervisory level

Catering Manager
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 2-4 years of hospitality industry experience, including 1 year of work in a supervisory role
