Director of Dining Services
BS degree in Hospitality or Food Services Tech/Management (preferred)
3-5 years of foodservice management experience

Assistant Director of Dining Services
AS degree (preferred)
1-3 years of foodservice management experience (preferred)
Contract foodservice experience (preferred)

Executive Chef
AS degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience (preferred)

Chef Manager
Culinary degree (preferred)
2+ years of culinary management
High-volume production and catering experience (essential)

Catering Manager
BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary degree (preferred)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 2 years in management (preferably, catering management)

Sr. Director of Food and Nutrition
BS degree in Food Services Technology/Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5-7 years of hospital or nursing home experience, depending upon formal degree and training (preferred)
Ability to meet CMS and/or state regulations regarding educational qualifications

EVS Director
Four-year college degree or equivalent related experience
3 years of housekeeping management experience within a healthcare environment

Sous Chef
Culinary degree (preferred)
2 years of culinary supervisory experience
Scratch cooking and farm-to-fork experience
