SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Sales Manager for an environment services company in Lombard, IL. The ideal candidate will generate revenue by leading sales team members and developing sales and marketing plans. This person will be responsible for improving revenue through making executive decisions on price and service.
Manage organizations account retention programs to designated area. Assigns account responsibility to account managers. Maintains strategy and design of retention program. Uncover and understand customer needs and develop solutions. Coordinate sales efforts to meet major account needs. Provide strategic sales plans to support targeted goals. Supervise all sales activities and maintains training, coaching, and mentoring of team. Educate sales team on tools to provide customers with appropriate information such as support, pricing and service information. Meet with customers to ensure that needs are met. Provides hiring, interviewing, and training processes.
Bachelor’s Degree required. 3+ years in a sales management role with at least 2 years allotted to business to business sales. Travel between 40-50% is required. Business to Business sales experience in environmental services preferred. Skilled in negotiating complex transactions and developing growth strategies. Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
