SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is actively seeking a Human Resource Manager oversee 100+ employees for a distribution center in West Jordan, Utah. The ideal candidate will provide support to help maintain best employment and employee practices by providing leadership and guidance.
Provide strategic HR initiatives to guide business plan support. Maintain performance management, compensation structure, and payroll. Manages recruitment and onboarding process. Partners with management in selection of long and short term talent. Maintains high standards for all employee coaching, disciplinary documentation, and terminations. Manages all company programs and on-going training processes. Trains management on employee expectations, relations, retention, and recognition. Oversees termination process through collecting data used to enhance future employee experience. Administer FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, and other leave programs. Maintains compliance with company, federal, state and local policies and regulations related to employment, compensation, safety, worker’s compensation and security.
Bachelors in Human Resources or Business related field required. 3 year’s progressive Human Resource experience in a generalist role required. Proficiency in Microsoft Products required. HR Certification preferred. Strong organizational planning and follow up skills.
