SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a National Sales Manager for our medical manufacturing client in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth throughout the organizations major accounts. This person will provide exceptional customer experiences for business partners and prospects to create long-term business relationships.
Manage organizations largest accounts. Uncover and understand customer needs and develop solutions. Call on major accounts to cultivate relationships and increase sales. Coordinate sales efforts to meet major account needs. Provide strategic sales plans to support targeted goals. Educate customers on recommended products, and provide samples, support, pricing and service information as needed. Collaborate with the Marketing team in efforts to evaluate and identify trends. Creates reporting and analytics as needed.
Bachelorís Degree required. MBA is a plus. 6+ years in relevant experience with at least 3 years allotted to national accounts required. Experience in medical sales required. Travel between 40-50% is required. Business to Business sales experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Skilled in negotiating complex transactions and developing growth strategies. Excellent business and financial acumen with the ability to understand technical information.
