SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Sales Leader for a retirement company in Santa Clara, CA. This person will be expected to drive sales results for the company by meeting with potential residents and partnering with local groups. This person must have a passion for the senior citizen community.
Generate relationships with professional groups and healthcare organizations in the community. Provide leadership for CRM system by reviewing, following up, and updating the database. Partner with the marketing team to develop and convert referral leads through creating advertisements. Provide strategic analysis of the market and demographic within the area. Make cold calls and face to face sales presentations to potential residents Provide on-site tours of the facility to potential residents and their families. Meet with potential residents either on or off-site (at their homes) to introduce company benefits, and provide follow-up visits if needed. Conduct off-site events to drive company tours and awareness. Assist incoming residents as they transition into the company’s community. Negotiate rental agreements with the residents. Abide by all company standards and expectations.
3 years’ experience in a direct sales role required. Frequent travel will be required with overnight travel as needed. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft office. Will use own vehicle for travel and must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
