There are two positions available: Customer Solutions Expert – Staffing, work hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30am-4pm and Customer Solutions Expert – Phone Intake, work hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a Medical Assistant (MA/MAA) or Medical Office Assistant (MOA) certification or healthcare call center experience. An Associate or Bachelor's degree; one year of billing experience in insurance or claims; medical terminology; and insurance verification preferred. Must be proficient and comfortable in a computer-based environment and have the ability to multi-task.
