Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Richardson, Texas

We’ll count on YOU to help us keep North American businesses green as you put your warm, friendly personality to work in effectively servicing accounts in support of our Account Managers and branch personnel. You’ll positively respond to customer inquiries and take the lead on incoming requests for service. Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, scheduling customer service, providing documentation to customers, resolving issues, and accepting payments. This is a Monday through Friday position. (No weekends, ever!) Compensation is $16 to $17 per hour.

To qualify for this role, you must be someone who absolutely loves customer service! This will show in your two-plus years of successful customer-service experience within a busy call-center environment. Your upbeat, positive persona, great telephone voice, uncapped energy and high level of persuasiveness will convert soft inquiries to solid sales, and serve as the “face” of our company. Rapid keyboarding skills, an organized workstyle, a detail orientation and incredible multitasking skills will make you a strong contender for one of these roles. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
