Director of Pharmacy
Grand Rapids, Michigan
In this essential role, you will lead, grow and ignite the CHCWM pharmacy department operations to include both retail and infusion services of all CHCWM regional clinical sites. Qualified applicants must hold a Pharm D from an ASHP-accredited School of Pharmacy, have 2+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy, 5+ years’ experience in Oncology infusion and supportive therapies and/or drug research.
Preferred background includes:
• 3+ years of management experience
• Intravenous sterile product training
• IV ad mixture and drug dispensing services
• Experience with investigational protocols
• Specialty residency in oncology and/or Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP).
