Job Title: Director of Reliability Standards and Compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or quantitative field including engineering (all disciplines), technology, computer science or physical science or equivalent
• 15+ years in the Electric Utility Industry
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the NERC’s Reliability Standards, the Northeast Power Coordinating Council’s Regional Standards Directories and Criteria and the New York State Reliability Council Rules
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experience managing and supporting compliance data and document management
