Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in construction estimating or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate understanding of construction documents and how they apply to estimating. Experience interpreting and understanding construction plans and designs. Strong expertise using financial, budgeting and scheduling equivalent software. Proficiency in MS Office.
