Motor is a 1968 Pontiac 400 .030" overbore with 1977 Pontiac 6X-4 heads with Chevrolet style screw in Rocker arm studs, a Comp Cams XE262H-10 cam, Rochester 4 barrel carburetor dual exhaust purchased from Ames. The motor runs nice with this combination. The compression ratio is perfect for today’s gasoline; this cam selection provides a smooth idle with mild lope. The Factory original 326 motor and transmission will be included. There is a Cool Craft aluminum radiator, The factory original 3 core radiator will be included. , Factory installed Radius Rods - passenger and driver side, more commonly known as traction bars. This was a Pontiac Motor division addition on Firebirds with Manual transmissions in 1967,
The transmission is a Keisler Engineering Tremec TKO 500 5 speed. This was purchased as the complete perfect fit Kit. The overdrive and cruise control create the perfect set up for highway cruising. This car also has the factory Protec-O-Plate and owner’s manual.
