Architectural Sales Specialists San Francisco and San Diego, California As our client’s Architectural Sales Specialist, you will champion new business development, i.e., new landscape architect and architect accounts, and generate sales through relationship-building and exemplary presentation, negotiation and closing skills. This objective will be achieved while maintaining and cultivating existing clients. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, and possess three plus years’ of experience either as an architect with a sales background or as an experienced player in the shade industry. A proven ability to hunt and close new business while growing existing accounts will be key to consideration for this role. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn CRM software are musts, as well. Above all, you must be adept at working independently and running a territory as a business.
