Director of Global Compensation Silicon Valley, California This is a directly engaging, hands-on role that will have you leading the global compensation team with responsibility for direct compensation activities for the non-executive population at our client’s company (over 11,000 global participants in plans related to this position). You will champion both strategic design initiatives and tactical implementation, and spearhead the day-to-day management of incentive plans and merit strategies, salary structures, vendor selection and global salary surveys, global job evaluations, change management, and more. With the support of four direct reports, you will effectively lead and manage a team of global regional compensation generalists and act as consultant to executive leadership and the HR peer community. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess ten or more years of compensation analysis, including executive compensation, within the high-tech industry. Your background should emphasize management experience and high levels of interaction with C-suite and board personnel.
