Coming from a strong customer service background, you will greet and assist customers while maintaining a constant awareness of promoting a positive brand image.

-Manage high volume of phone calls and emails with strong customer service skills and confidence
-Ensure that office appearance creates a welcoming environment
-Assist executive management with special projects as needed
-Grow and learn with professionals who are high caliber, motivated, kind and committed to integrity
Responsibilities include:
-Serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer
-Maintain vendor relationships
-Manage travel, expense reports and calendar for the office of the chief Operations Officer
-Reserve and prepare facilities
-Generate data reports
-Assist with planning of Special Events
-Occasionally makes offsite meeting arrangements and department events
-Maintain department calendars, contact list, and conference calls
