Up for sale is my sidecar R69S BMW conversion bike. I have owned, ridden, and did some minor work on this bike for the last 7 years. I purchased the bike from a man who owned the bike for 20 years and who had the conversion done. The bike was a R69S and the previous owner added a Continental sidecar ( a copy of an Indian Stieb 200). He put an R100 motor in the bike to pull the sidecar better. Cruises easily down the freeway at 75-80 mph. He also added the disc brakes using CB750 disk and calipers. The rear end is still a /2 with drum breaks that still work well. I added the /5 headlight bucket with new wiring harness was NOS speedo that works. The tack functions but would require a drive from R75/5 or a R90/6… I believe. The mileage is unknown.
