Key Account Manager Seattle, Washington
In this leadership role, you will champion the execution of value-added services that create enhanced, long-term relationships with renowned, national accounts and increase client equity. You’ll spearhead major planning for strategies, goals, and objectives for both Ainsworth and our customers; deliver profit and volume objectives; and forecast items, sales and profits for assigned customers. An important part of your role will be the development and mentoring of specific employees.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred), and possess five to eight years of e-commerce sales experience selling consumer packaged goods to current and potential Ainsworth Specialty Brand-focus and developmental accounts. Additionally, you’ll need strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities for presentations and messaging. A proven ability to identify key issues based on communicated information, sound decision-making skills and, above all, a demonstrated passion for, and understanding of the love for pets and the importance of the pet/pet parent relationship are key to success in this role.
