Customer Service Representatives Northlake, Illinois
In this essential role, you deliver exceptional service in maintaining customer accounts, responding to inquiries and satisfactorily resolving outstanding issues. Responsibilities include responding to customer communications by phone or email, providing quotations for goods and services, and processing purchase orders for delivery. You’ll coordinate with other departments to seamlessly execute timely deliveries, and consult with the Finance regarding related service requests. Importantly, you will probe customers with questions designed to identify and define new opportunities to grow the company’s business.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, four-year institution, and possess three to five years of customer service or related experience (preferred). Bi-lingual abilities in English and Spanish are required; French would be a plus. You’ll need to be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desired.
