• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Math, Business Administration or related field • Seven years of compensation design and implementation experience • Two years of team lead/people management experience • Union experience preferred • Knowledge of HRIS systems, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors preferred • Experience in technical/engineering/utility industry preferred
