In this role, you will manage the day-to-day reliability standards of a world-class tissue machine or converting operations. You will also assure the specifications of construction materials during construction projects and OEM acceptance periods. You will also see that staff is properly trained on laser alignment, pipe stress eliminations, belt alignment, drive shaft installation, mechanical and carbon seal alignment, fan balancing, and adherence to OEM and engineering baselines, and work to ensure personal safety on job sites.
