Account Manager Aurora, Illinois If you’re a dynamic manager with a strong leadership capability and stellar customer service skills, this is the right opportunity for you! As our client’s Branch Manager, you will tap into your keen understanding of the P&L, and champion remarkable profitability for a $2 million annual revenue branch. You will assume all responsibilities in managing the retail and distribution functions, such as determining customer need, overseeing inventory, handling customer inquiries and issues, scheduling delivery trucks, ensuring adherence to safety and DOT regulations, and more. Your four to five direct reports will include counter personnel as well as drivers. To qualify, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and five years of experience that demonstrates strong managerial and leadership abilities, and includes experience interviewing and selecting personnel. Thorough knowledge of P&L is extremely pertinent to success in this role. A background in the gas supply industry would be helpful, but is not necessary.
