Loan Processors Fort Washington, Pennsylvania and Jacksonville, Florida As lending ambassador and the “face” of our client, you will champion the customer relationship from loan application to loan closing. You will proactively liaison between customers, vendors and internal company partners throughout the process, serving as the communication “hub” for all. Your strong knowledge of conventional full doc purchase and refinance transactions, credit qualifying government loans, streamline refinancing loans and IRRLs, along with a core understanding of underwriting guidelines, will aid in the review and validation of essential customer documentation. While working as part of a team, you’ll also rely on your individual reserves, i.e., strong organizational and time-management skills, to adhere to demanding schedules that ensure deadlines are met and the optimal number of loans gets processed. Most importantly, transparency and tact will be essential in revealing loan approval outcomes to customers. To qualify for one of these positions, you should be a high school graduate and possess three to five years of mortgage loan processing experience that includes exposure to the entire loan life cycle. Excellent communication and customer skills are essential for success in this role. You’ll also need conventional experience with the FHA; USDA knowledge is a plus.
