Our Client Company is a 25-bed, critical access hospital offering medical, surgical and intensive care services, along with a wide variety of outpatient services, including cardiac and physical rehabilitation. The Critical Care Flex Registered Nurse is a highly skilled, flexible, team-oriented professional who champions quality patient care in any department, on any shift. Primary clinical areas of work include ED, ICU, PACU and Relief Supervision. The Critical Care Flex RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and provides such care in compliance with hospital policies and the standards of practice of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) and the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
Requirements: (Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing • RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire • At least five years of current clinical experience, with a minimum two years in ICU and/or ED • Current BLS and ACLS certification (prior to hire) • TNCC and PALS (completed within one year of hire) • Critical Care course, including ventilator management (completed within one year of hire)* • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training (completed within six months of hire) • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Strong team-player work style • Computer proficiency
*Preference extended to candidates who have completed prior to hire.
