Inside Sales Coordinator
Indianapolis, Indiana

In this combination technical/customer-facing position, you will work in concert with a Regional Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager to build and improve relationships with existing and past customers, and actively prospect for new ones via telephone calls and courtesy calls for growing sales. You will provide quotes and quote follow up in order to close new sales, and impart technical product knowledge and product-related information, as needed. This position involves working with a number of other departments and as the first point of contact for any customer issues.

To qualify, you should hold a high school diploma (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred), and possess strong communications skills, along with an ability to interact well with others, both at the customer level and as part of a team. A background in drafting or estimating would be ideal; new grads with an upbeat, extroverted personality would be perfect for this role.
