Market Specialist/Territory Sales Managers National/Remote (near a major airport)
As a Market Specialist/Territory Sales Managers you will administer, coordinate and implement sales activities within a specific market segment, and conduct the necessary training and public relations to support those sales activities and customer needs. You will travel throughout an assigned territory, calling on a specific set of vocationally aligned accounts. Knowledge of the heavy-truck equipment industry will enhance your success in this role. Willingness to live in your sales territory and travel extensively (to meetings, site visits, customer locations, inspections, and more) is key.*
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field of study, and come from a technical background. IFPS Fluid Power certification is desirable. You’ll need a minimum of three years’ experience in a sales-related field (Industrial or Manufacturing sales is preferred) or the equipment industry. Marketing experience is also a plus. Current computer proficiency (Microsoft Office products, Web browsing software, etc.) is expected, as is a working knowledge of Smart Phones and Tablets. An ability to work well with others and communicate effectively (both in writing and verbally), plus a strong desire to succeed will separate you from competing candidates!
