This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong product affinity and a results-driven orientation! As Mechanical Engineer, you will work with the product development and continuous improvement teams in the development of concepts for new product design.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (an MS/MBA is preferred), and possess a minimum of three years of experience working on successful product development projects. Knowledge of basic design principles related to injection molding, metalworking, machining, castings, aluminum extrusions, welding, and thermoset materials is also needed. Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software pertaining to mechanical-system layout is preferred. Finally, you must be able to work effectively in a matrix organization and handle multiple tasks and projects.
Working with our client, you’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary, and full employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) retirement plan and up to four weeks of annual, paid vacation time. What’s more, you’ll thrive in an atmosphere that is professional, yet free of a “super-corporate” structure. Finally, because our client is an international company with multiple locations, you’ll also enjoy a vast array of growth and advancement opportunities.
