With systems and products installed on new platforms, the company also performs comprehensive platform modernization programs. Support services include military aircraft and helicopter systems; helmet-mounted systems; commercial aviation systems and aerostructures; unmanned aircraft and unmanned surface vessels; land vehicle systems; command, control, communications, computer and intelligence (C4I) systems; intelligence and cyber systems; electro-optic and countermeasures systems;
homeland security systems; electronic warfare and signal intelligence systems; and
various commercial activities.

Contract Manager
San Antonio, Texas

As Contract Manager, you will work on existing DoD and commercial contracts, as well as solicitations with RFPs for new business. You’ll handle multiple issues regarding a variety of business-related matters; e.g., complex non-disclosure and teaming agreements. You will lead negotiations and implement advanced negotiation strategies, and serve as the overall authority in the discipline of contract administration. At the same time, you will serve as an onboard mentor for younger or inexperienced team members. This is an ideal opportunity for the “late career” professional.

To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess ten or more years in the industry (government, commercial), with ten years of skill set experience. Areas of expertise must emphasize Government (FAR and DFAR)) and Commercial (UCO) Contracts. You should be a strong and effective communicator, both verbally and written, and you must be able to readily identify deficiencies and recommend/implement immediate changes. Highly honed negotiation skills, a team-player approach and an ability to function independently with little supervision will be integral to your success.
