Hospice Administrator Roswell, Georgia As Hospice Administrator, you will assume full responsibility for the total management of our client’s agency within the framework of polices set by the Board of Directors. You’ll identify objectives and work to achieve them. Your highly developed leadership abilities will aid you in helping the management staff create and maintain an optimal environment for efficient and effective performance by all. You’ll champion day-to-day operations, fiscal management, development, and program expansions. You will coordinate and review activities as they relate to agency goals, and proactively spearhead the development of operating policies and procedures. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess five to ten years’ experience in a leadership capacity within a Hospice environment. A strong sales background, an outstanding business acumen, and demonstrated skill in managing a team will enhance your performance. Avid problem solving, plus excellent communication skills will also support your success in this high-visibility role.
