Regional Hospice Director Lebanon, New Hampshire Join our client in a celebration of new beginnings! This is a newly developed position, which will be performed in a gorgeous new facility, with all the amenities and state-of-the-art advantages. As Regional Hospice Director, you will take the lead in forming important partnerships and driving collaborative efforts toward continuous research, community outreach and education. You will be key in promoting a positive organizational culture and building a healthy internal/external customer relations program. You will oversee a staff of seven, solve problems and, above all, interact with patients and family members, RNs, the Hospice Medical Director and, basically, everyone from maintenance personnel and up. Regular travel between the facility and corporate headquarters, just six miles away, will be required. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and current RN licensure (or be eligible for such) in the state of New Hampshire. You will also need to be eligible for RN licensure in the state of Vermont. Your resume should showcase at least five years of home healthcare experience in a hospice environment in an administration/leadership capacity. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible managerial positions will emphasize your repertoire of accomplishments throughout your career. Hospice certification is required.
