Management Trainee La Crosse, Wisconsin Initially, you will work on the floor with various department leaders, managing the day-to-day production of a manufacturing/assembly team, with the objective of learning the business and gaining an in-depth perspective and understanding of the workings of the company. This position will have you communicating with all levels of the organization, as you strategically plan for safety, quality, and production. After twelve to eighteen months, you’ll have endless possibilities to drive your career in the direction of your interests and talents. You’ll be able to choose from Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operational Excellence, Materials, EH&S, and Labor Relations. Or you may wish to remain in Operations or choose yet another path. It’s all up to preference and performance. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical. You must possess one to three years of relevant experience; new grads with a Manufacturing Engineering degree will be accepted without experience.
