Seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer WCEME REV.
Our Client Company is one of the largest large-diameter line pipe companies in the world, manufacturing and supplying some of the most critical pipelines around the globe. They are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Little Rock, AR. The salary is $70K - $75K, with relocation assistance available.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer plays a vital role in directly supervising a team in the electrical maintenance department. He or she plans and conducts the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, devises new approaches to problems, and prepares or modifies drawings, specifications, calculations, and charts and graphs. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer also troubleshoots problems in order to identify correction/preventive actions. Importantly, he/she monitors all work for compliance to applicable codes.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (is required) 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Thorough knowledge of electrical-engineering techniques, as well as maintenance skills Thorough knowledge of variable frequency drives, as well as PLC programming skills, in working with HMI and different kinds of industrial sensors and scanners Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic controls Ability to analyze and interpret electrical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical literature Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public
