Our Client Company is one of the largest large-diameter line pipe companies in the world, manufacturing and supplying some of the most critical pipelines around the globe. They are currently seeking a Sr. Process Engineer Forming in Little Rock, AR. The annual salary is 100K dollars, with relocation assistance available.
The Sr. Process Engineer, Forming spearheads the effective execution of the production plan, monitoring and controlling budgets, optimizing manpower, waste, productivity and production delays. Other duties include manpower planning, training, process monitoring, and machine-condition monitoring and preventive maintenance. You would also be responsible for the implementation of the quality system in the Forming area.
Requirements: (Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered.)
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 10 to 15 years of related work experience in a management position, or the equivalent combination of education and experience • A strong mechanical engineering background with knowledge of spiral pipe forming, setting and operating variables. • Knowledge of operating and preventive maintenance of custom-built forming machines, such as decoyer, stationery/fly welder, cross milling, edge milling, coil UT, Auto GMAW, forming m/c, and water-plasma operating synchronization with a high level of automation • Strong mathematical aptitude • Good analytical and problem-resolution capabilities • Facility with computer spreadsheet and word processing software
