Palliative Care Program Coordinator Escondido, CA, and Surrounding Communities In this essential role, you will spearhead the coordination of the Palliative Care program consistent with The Elizabeth Hospice policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance, documentation and auditing processes for all services rendered by physicians, nurse practitioners, and LCSWs to help maintain Medicare and other insurance’s regulatory requirements. You will exude a strong commitment to excellence in both external and internal customer service, and accept the responsibility of carrying out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of The Elizabeth Hospice. To qualify, you should hold RN licensure with Hospice and Palliative Care certification (CHPN) and possess three to five years’ experience in hospice and palliative care. Working knowledge of hospice and palliative care and/or physician practice management is preferred. Importantly, you’ll need strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
