Registered Nurses In Your Area As a Registered Nurse, you will provide, coordinate, and direct the provision of home nursing care according to physician’s orders based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. This will entail reporting significant findings, problems, or changes in condition or environment to the clinical manager/physician and other members of the healthcare team; making referrals to other disciplines as indicated by patient needs; and participation in clinical outcomes monitoring, follow-up and agency performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will provide staff education and perform competency and skills validation for the staff, as needed, and participate in team/care conferences. To qualify, you will hold an Associate of Science degree in Nursing, or diploma from an accredited school of nursing, at minimum, and possess experience in ER, rehab, dialysis, skilled nursing, or long-term care with a home health agency. Additionally, you must hold current license as a Registered Nurse within your assigned state. This position requires daily travel to patients’ homes or medical facilities to carry out the performance of your duties.
