Seeking a Sr. Master Data Management Administrator - TFSMDMA

The annual salary is 120K - 125K dollars, depending upon experience. Relocation assistance is available.
The Sr. Master Data Management Administrator designs, develops, modifies, enhances and implements MDM software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives. This individual performs maintenance and provides technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.
Requirements: (Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered.)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • Certification in MDM applications • Four to six years of experience with the IBM Info Sphere MDM Standard Edition 10.1 or later • Experience in configuring probabilistic matching engine algorithm • Knowledge of Info Sphere APIs and IBM services integration • Thorough understanding of SOA, Data integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management best practices and processes • Experience with performance tuning of middleware applications and Database queries • Experience working as a middleware application developer developing web services with Tomcat/Apache on LINUX Platform • Experience working in a Scrum or Agile project-management methodology • Experience leading requirements gathering and solution architecture for MDM projects • Comprehensive understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and related business processes • Experience designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end IBM InfoSphere MDM projects (preferably for Professional, and/or Organizational Hub) • Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system • Extensive technical knowledge of Information Technology field and computer systems • Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation), with the ability to easily and effectively interact and negotiate with business stakeholders
