Executive Director Butte, Montana In this high-visibility role, you will drive our client’s vision, direction, planning, organization and administration of teams of professionals providing comprehensive behavioral and mental health care. You will manage a 5+ million dollar budget with a staff of approximately 150, while collaborating with the community and a management team to establish agency priorities. This position calls for a leader with a high level of creativity to solve problems and seek/implement new programs or services, when needed. As Executive Director, you will travel frequently between our client’s facilities and work to establish a strong rapport with the facility’s board members. To qualify, you should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field of study and five years’ experience in the field of behavioral and mental health and substance abuse. Two of those years must indicate solid management experience supervising others and/or managing large programs in the industry. Candidates are required to hold licensure and certification as a Mental Health Professional in the state of Montana (or be eligible for same). This is a challenging, fast-paced position calling for regular travel and often-extended hours. Most importantly, there must be an underlying passion for the people who are cared for.
