Reeb is continuously seeking highly motivated, experienced individuals to join our exceptional team of sales, customer service, assemblers, warehouse, drivers, and administrative staffs. We offer competitive base pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and other opportunities (see below).

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the “face” of our company as you interact with customers by telephone and provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, process orders, answer questions and handle/resolve customer complaints. To qualify, you should be a high school graduate and possess 6 months to one year of inside sales experience where you provided excellent customer service. Knowledge of order entry software systems is expected; good computer skills, including email and the Internet, are also necessary. Ability to use a multi-line phone system, with occasional outbound calling is key to success in this role. Importantly, you should be willing to study the company catalog in order to build product knowledge. An understanding of company sales goals and initiatives will help you succeed in this role. Familiarity with the door industry is a plus!
