Tax Manager
Auburn Hills and Saginaw, Michigan

As our Tax Manager, you will manage, prepare and review corporate and personal tax engagements, and provide business and tax consulting at client locations. In working with clients to maximize efficiencies and profitability, you will champion relationships at the highest level and, as a result, attract new business to the firm. As a high-level performer, you will lead individuals and teams and spearhead intelligent decision-making. In addition, you will coach, advise, and support other team members in meeting client and self-development expectations.

Requirements for this position include a BS/BBA/BA degree in Accounting, or a specialization or advanced degree in Tax (i.e., a Master’s degree), and current licensure as a CPA in Michigan, or the ability to obtain reciprocity. Six-plus years in Public Accounting that also includes a leadership or supervisory role, along with excellent time management, organizational, and administrative abilities are sought, in addition to outstanding communications skills. You must bring a strong reputation in both industry and community circles to the table, and demonstrate extraordinary leadership skills. A thorough knowledge of rules, regulations, and code of ethics of the AICPA is an absolute.
