Corporate Benefits Administrator and Corporate Benefits Analyst
St. Louis, Missouri
As a Corporate Benefits Administrator, you will administer corporate benefits plans and programs, and provide timely advice and clarity on all company benefit programs to internal CPD staff and participants. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, and possess 2+ years of benefits administration experience. As a Corporate Benefits Analyst, you will analyze and interpret data related to employee benefits strategy. You will manage projects and improve processes for associate health and welfare programs. This entails conferring with business leaders, external carriers, brokers, and associates to solve problems and ensure legal compliance of company benefits programs. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Accounting/Finance and possess 3+ years of experience specific to benefits administration.
Both positions require a clear and proven understanding of Human Resources, Benefits Administration and laws pertaining to same. Good written and verbal communications are also necessary. PHR Certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
