Technical Sales Representatives – Machine Controls Two Territories: TX, LA, OK, KS, MO and IN, IL, WI, KY, MI As a Technical Sales Representative, you will work to increase market share of our client’s products through the development of the machine control business with new and existing dealers. You will assist other Sales Representatives/Dealer Sales Representatives by providing product/application training, job-site demonstrations, and installation scheduling. Our client seeks candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction, Civil or Surveying Engineering, or in a related discipline; however, lack of such a degree is not a deal breaker. You should possess 4 or more years of sales and business development*, and at least 2 years of working in the machine controls industry.** A strong mechanical aptitude, along with proven machine control (2D & 3D applications, GPS/Robotic total stations, etc.) experience, and a thorough understanding of the equipment, are crucial for success in this role.
