In this high-visibility role, you will lead the successful operation of Servicom’s outbound call center, while championing a strong sales environment. Your support will ensure Servicom and its clients consistently achieve KPIs, quality and contribution goals. You will also spearhead operating systems, policies and procedures within the site (including development, implementation, and continual processes improvement) to effectively meet overall business goals. Your strong leadership and management prowess will extend to creating and launching recognition and incentive programs to maintain high levels of motivation and encourage excellence in performance. You’ll also provide development opportunities for the site’s management team, and ensure that appropriate training and development are offered to supervisors. You’ll also provide operational reporting and analysis to management, and represent Servicom as a leading employer through regular community involvement.

To qualify, you should possess a four-year college degree or the equivalent in experience, and 8 to 10 years of industry experience, including 2 to 4 years of call center managerial experience. You’ll have excellent leadership and interpersonal capabilities and outstanding written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated, strong facilitation and presentation abilities, and solid computer savvy, including use of the Internet, email and Microsoft Office are expected. An ability to manage large groups of people (100+) in a site environment, and working knowledge of call center technology are musts.
