In this high-visibility role, you will oversee a 24/7X365 inbound program supporting customers of a top cable service provider. Working with a team of supervisors and team leads, you’ll develop sales agents to deliver best-in-class results for our client, as well as ensure internal performance and profit and loss goals are met, if not, exceeded. Your participation in internal executive meetings, as well as direct interaction with our client and their support teams will be expected.

To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an inbound call center. A keen understanding of P&L, and inbound call center program management experience, involving the management of 75+ representatives, will be key for consideration for this role. You’ll be analytical and quantitative in nature, and accustomed to operating effectively within a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing environment. You must be able to work evening, night, and weekend shifts. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required, as are proficiency with Microsoft Office, and call center technology, including workforce management systems.
