As Servicom’s Call Center Director, you will enjoy the distinct opportunity of working with a diverse group of people and utilizing your own experience in a call center (inbound or outbound, or both) to lead, coach, and manage your own team. You’ll be expected to establish and meet team objectives, which will necessitate monitoring calls and providing direct, individualized advice in order to improve team performance, with the goal of achieving sales and/or targeted revenue goals. What’s more, you will create personal development plans for individual associates with the purpose of helping them achieve stronger sales skills in order to grow professionally in their careers.

To qualify, you should come from a strong sales background with 3 years of call center experience (inbound or outbound) and two years’ experience supervising 15 to 20 people. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a proven knack for providing effective feedback, will assure your success in this role. You must be able to quickly analyze and identify problem areas and offer immediate solutions. Flexible working hours are required.
