Right now, we’re hiring for an experienced HR Manager in Peachtree City, GA. This position is responsible for managing the human resources activities and compliance for the eastern region of our growing organization. Some travel is required.

• Partner with leadership at site locations to provide direction and implementation of programs and services working with site HR Generalists.
• Collaborate and drive employee initiatives in safety, health and welfare.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve difficult employee situations at all levels of the organization.
• Make administrative and procedural decisions and demonstrate judgment on sensitive, confidential matters.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and respect through effective coaching and implementation of Company standards and guidelines working with site HR Generalists.
• Work with managers and employees across the region to resolve human resources matters.
• Provide daily guidance on performance management (coaching, counseling, development and disciplinary actions).
• Ensure that all human resources practices are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, company standards and values.
• Understand legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions (e.g. OSHA, EEO, ERIS, FLSA, etc.).
• Deliver management training in interviewing, hiring and selection, positive team member relations, handling terminations and harassment issues.
• Assist with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce for the organization.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with regional sites to develop solutions, programs, and policies to meet and improve business outcomes.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of AAP.

Before we welcome you onboard, here’s how we’ll know you have what it takes:

• You have a bachelor's degree in a related human resources discipline with at least eight years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience; aerospace experience preferred and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• You have in-depth knowledge of State and Federal Employment Law and HR Legal.
• You are organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• You have significant experience in supporting multiple locations with effective skills in employee relations, organization development, performance management, talent assessment, workforce planning, project management and leadership development.
• You have highly effective verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
