What you’ll do:
As Account Manager, you will manage an existing sales territory while building additional, repeat sales, and serve as the primary contact point for customers. Importantly, you’ll work to improve territory profitability through growth in market share and gross margin, along with productivity through the utilization of the company’s technical expertise and talent. As Account Manager II, you will perform “hunter-type” activities, such as identifying and pursuing new business/sales opportunities, while building and maintaining positive, enduring relationships. You’ll regularly set and achieve challenging sales goals, and overcome obstacles through your demonstrated persistence, determination and tenacity.

To qualify for the Account Manager position, you’ll need:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of inside/outside sales
• Familiarity with distribution industry and KIT products
• Some technical or mechanical aptitude for understanding machinery
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

To qualify for the Account Manager II position, you’ll need:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of inside/outside sales with a proven record of building new business
• Familiarity with distribution industry and KIT products (strongly preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
