Design Engineer - New Appliance At a Location Near You As our Design Engineer, you will call upon your direct, hands-on experience developing new, while maintaining existing, high-volume consumer products for home and office environments. Working in our Brewer Engineering department, you will develop innovative, creative product and system design and process enhancements for the next generation of coffee brewing products at Keurig. To qualify, you should be a Senior Engineer at the Level III or IV status, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (not in Technology). Your impressive background should include deep reaches in Far East manufacturing (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Japan). A thorough understanding of the practices and procedures for robust product and process development, from concept through production, will aid you in achieving your objectives. You’ll also rely upon detailed knowledge of, and experience with, mechanical design, system and process design and control, electronics, thermodynamics, fluid flow, off-shore manufacturing techniques and testing/debugging for products with sales in excess of 5 million units per year.
